What is meant by “turnkey house” and what level of finish is included?

A “turnkey” construction refers to the execution of a complete set of construction and installation works, the result of which is the delivery of a house ready for occupancy to the client.

Our company carries out a full range of construction and installation services – from the initial design phase, development of working documentation, to the complete construction of the house and landscaping. In agreement with the client, our company performs all types of finishing works, installs plumbing, sets up lighting, selects furniture, and much more.

The client and the contractor, at the time of concluding the turnkey construction contract, agree upon all stages and types of work. After that, our company begins to fulfill the order until its full completion.
